Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the design, governance, and operational excellence of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform
• Monitor CMDB data quality and health, support and troubleshoot CMDB issues, and manage CMDB governance
• Implement enhancements, analyze data quality, and ensure alignment with industry standards such as ITIL

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) processes
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive process adoption
• Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities
