Key Responsibilities

• Drive the design, governance, and operational excellence of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform
• Monitor CMDB data quality and health, and troubleshoot CMDB issues
• Manage and improve CMDB governance, while maintaining documentation and training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) processes
• Familiarity with ITIL standards
• Ability to engage stakeholders and drive process adoption
• Proven track record of delivering scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform
