Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst - IT.

- Identify AI and automation opportunities, translating business needs into practical solutions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, IT Operations, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Monday.com for project management and workflow design
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions or system improvements
- Experience with automation tools, integrations, or lightweight scripting
- Experience with SaaS tool evaluation, usage tracking, and cost management
