Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Business Systems Analyst - Labor Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements sessions and document business/system needs with stakeholders
• Champion product vision, prioritize backlog, and track deliverables for timely completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design secure, reliable solutions and monitor industry trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years' experience in business systems analysis
• 5+ years' experience planning, organizing, and managing activities in a large-scale distributed environment
• 3+ years' experience utilizing Agile project management and code management tools
• Strong working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
