Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (East Coast Preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Solicit and refine business requirements, converting them into user stories and technical specifications
• Act as the primary execution partner to the GTM Systems team, managing the project roadmap and driving initiatives through the Kanban lifecycle
• Identify system gaps and propose solutions to enhance the lead-to-cash journey and customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role within a high-growth SaaS environment
• 1 - 3 years of specialization in Salesforce-based GTM customer lifecycle management
• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping
• Experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex system initiatives in an Agile environment
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira
