Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery efforts to analyze complex business processes across product, sales, and customer success operations
• Translate ambiguous business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process maps, and system designs
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding and alignment

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business systems analysis, product operations, or similar roles
• Proven ability to analyze complex systems and drive solutions from concept through implementation
• Strong experience with Salesforce and integrated business systems
• Demonstrated experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and system design
• Strong data skills (analysis, mapping, validation, KPI definition)
