Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to perform advanced business analysis and solution design to support Salesforce usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate objectives, challenges, and user needs through interviews and process analysis
• Translate business requirements into user stories and functional solution designs while implementing Salesforce solutions
• Document processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and participate in agile delivery ceremonies and testing activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 7 years of overall IT or business systems experience with at least 4 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
• Strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution validation
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds
• Working knowledge of Salesforce programmatic capabilities and integration patterns
