Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective solutions, focusing on IWMS platforms
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure alignment between business users and technical teams
• Design future-state processes and develop implementation roadmaps for business process optimization

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of business analysis experience, with at least 3 years focused on IWMS platforms
• Experience with IBM TRIRIGA and Maximo in corporate real estate or facilities management
• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools
• Working knowledge of data analysis tools, including SQL queries
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
