Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business workflows and translate stakeholder needs into technology solutions
Collaborate in requirements workshops and sprint ceremonies using Agile methodologies
Create documentation for workflows, functional requirements, and future-state designs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
5+ years of business systems analysis experience
3+ years of experience in large-scale solution delivery
Experience with enterprise database platforms (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
