Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cross-functional business and process analysis, documenting requirements and improving processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage requirements, assess project complexity, and facilitate user acceptance testing
• Develop and maintain traceability of requirements and assess impacts of changes on existing workflows and systems

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of Business Analysis experience with complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements and process flows
• Strong process improvement and mapping skills, with experience in operational efficiencies
• Hands-on experience with system upgrades, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
