A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Enterprise AI Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support the enterprise AI tool stack, managing access, usage, and costs
• Gather and translate workflows requirements from stakeholders into actionable specifications for AI use cases
• Build frameworks and enablement programs to promote AI adoption across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in a SaaS or tech environment
• Hands-on experience with enterprise generative AI tools, including user provisioning and cost management
• Proven ability to gather requirements from both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in building and running enablement programs that drive tool adoption
