Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Senior Business Systems Analyst, responsible for owning and evolving people reporting and analytics capabilities in a full-time role, utilizing Workday data to provide insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain core reporting layers across all people data domains
• Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to translate reporting needs into scalable Workday solutions
• Establish data quality monitoring processes and manage structured intake for ad hoc reporting requests

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in Business Systems Analyst, People Analytics, or HRIS reporting roles with Workday reporting configuration experience
• Hands-on experience with Workday People Analytics or BI applications such as Looker or Tableau
• Strong understanding of HR data domains and their connections across Workday modules
• Experience with Workday integrations and data flow between systems
• Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and strong stakeholder management skills
