Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Senior Business Systems Analyst, a full-time position focused on leveraging expertise in claims and provider pricing to design solutions and optimize processes within Provider Network Pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and analysis for network pricing issues and develop business processes for system improvements
• Coordinate user support, oversee testing activities, and facilitate project implementation and documentation
• Analyze system performance, implement configuration changes, and serve as a liaison between business and IT teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a relevant field, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Intermediate expertise with systems such as Facets, NetworX, and Optum
• Understanding of provider contractual terms and billing practices (UB04 and HCFA1500)
• Strong PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel
