Job Summary

Senior Business Systems Analyst, a full-time position focused on leveraging expertise in claims and provider pricing to drive solutions and optimize processes across systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Network Pricing knowledge and support for system/application and procedural issues
• Analyze and develop solutions for business systems while assessing business impact and ensuring quality
• Coordinate user support and collaborate on projects to implement long-term solutions and testing strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree
• Intermediate expertise with Facets, NetworX, and Optum is a plus
• Understanding of provider contractual terms regarding pricing and billing practices
• Strong PC skills with intermediate expertise in Microsoft Excel
