Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will manage data acquisition and vendor onboarding within the Marketing Data Platform, ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to onboard new data feeds into the Marketing Data Platform
• Perform user acceptance testing to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business objectives
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in data onboarding and validation workflows

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of consumer marketing experience
• 3+ years of experience with Azure, Databricks, and direct marketing knowledge
• 3+ years of experience building and leveraging AI-powered tools for data-driven decision making
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office tools
