Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

As a critical member of the team, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will work remotely to conduct requirements gathering, document business needs, and evaluate software solutions for Merchandising and Planning applications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business leaders to define systems and process requirements
• Document business requirements, business cases, and functional specifications while supporting user acceptance testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendor resources to resolve business or systems issues

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Technical Analyst with cloud-based Merchandising, PLM, Planning, and Allocation systems
• Experience with the Oracle Retail Suite of products, preferably V19 or above on a cloud-based platform
• Strong knowledge of SDLC with a good understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience in the design and development of Merchandising and Planning systems
• Ability to mentor junior team members and work under minimal supervision
