Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Project Manager, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will engage with the business to gather and document requirements, analyze processes, and collaborate with engineers to design solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, formulate use cases, and ensure quality of solutions throughout project completion
• Develop test cases, perform quality assurance testing, and support user acceptance testing
• Act as the primary contact for technology, reporting, and system integration analysis while assisting with scope and change management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience preferred
• Eight or more years of experience as a Business Analyst, including independent work on large and complex projects
• Four or more years of experience in business and data analysis using SQL or other database management tools
• Knowledge of mortgage servicing systems (e.g., Fiserv, MSP) is a plus
• Experience in the mortgage, finance, or realty services industry preferred
