Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support the BPM Enablement Platform, the hybrid Senior Business Systems Analyst will analyze business needs, document requirements, and collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders in a contract role based in Newport Beach, CA, with 20% remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems and clarify requirements for technology projects
• Work with the Product Owner to refine backlog and prioritize use cases while developing solutions to complex problems
• Support user acceptance testing and coordinate testing and code promotions with developers and DevOps engineers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field, computer science, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of systems analysis experience
• Experience with AWD/Chorus and other workflow solution platforms
• Demonstrated experience working in an agile environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity
