Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Providing critical support for enterprise financial and operational systems, the full-time contract Senior Business Systems Analyst will ensure system stability and usability while enhancing workflow automation and supporting ERP administration in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a senior functional lead for core enterprise financial and operational systems, ensuring effective end-user support
• Administer and enhance workflow automation platforms, including system updates and issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and support ERP administration and optimization efforts

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in enterprise systems support
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ERP or financial platforms in a complex business environment
• Strong experience supporting enterprise financial systems and workflow automation solutions
• Working knowledge of accounting and finance business processes, including accounts payable and payroll
• Experience managing support tickets and delivering timely issue resolution for business users
