Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Driving collaboration with business and IT stakeholders, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will translate complex business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate business and technology requirements to define project scope and impact
• Create systems and business process models, specifications, and diagrams to guide developers and project teams
• Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitor IT service levels as specified in service-level agreements (SLAs)

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of related experience in business systems analysis
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, and Power BI
• Familiarity with health care payer business functions and operations
• Experience with Agile Software Development and the Software Development Life Cycle
