Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Joining the Warehousing Systems team, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will design, build, and implement applications that support the distribution network, ensuring operational efficiency and collaboration in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements sessions and document business/system needs with stakeholders
• Champion product vision, prioritize backlog, and track deliverables for timely completion
• Develop detailed implementation plans for complex technology solutions and oversee delivery processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years' experience planning, organizing, and managing activities associated with delivering solutions in a large-scale distributed environment
• 3+ years' experience translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories
• Experience utilizing Agile project management and code management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or Jira)
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) with the ability to work within defined roles and responsibilities
