Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will ensure effective delivery of ongoing maintenance, support integration and configuration efforts, and manage client relationships within the Optum Application Managed Services team.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure successful installation, implementation, configuration, and integration of systems
• Collaborate with clients and vendor partners on troubleshooting and optimizing Optum Web Service and Payment System Interface solutions
• Document and deliver training on Client PPS payment system methodologies and requirements

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a healthcare data or regulatory environment
• 3+ years of experience with Optum's EASYGroup, Web Services, and Payment System Interface
• 3+ years of experience in pricing Medicare hospital facility claims
• Experience with claims systems such as Trizetto Facets or Epic Tapestry
• SQL experience with writing queries and navigating databases
