Job Summary

Driving collaboration with business and IT stakeholders, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will translate complex business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate business and technology requirements to define project scope and impact
• Create systems and business process models, specifications, and diagrams to guide developers and project teams
• Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, communicating changes to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
• 4 - 6 years of related experience or equivalent knowledge and skills
• Experience with data processing and knowledge of healthcare payer business functions
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development and Software Development Life Cycle
• Demonstrated project management skills
