Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Business Systems Analyst will focus on business requirements elicitation, process analysis, and data interpretation to support business decisions while engaging stakeholders and facilitating workshops.

Key responsibilities

• Document functional and non-functional business requirements through elicitation and analysis
• Lead process improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive effective communication and stakeholder engagement

Required qualifications

• Experience in business analysis activities, including requirements gathering and documentation
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies such as Agile, hybrid, or waterfall
• Proficiency in common business analysis tools and documentation techniques
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable documentation
• Exposure to areas of business analysis like process improvement and data analysis
