Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the development of products for a large modernization effort with the General Services Administration, the fully remote Senior Business Systems Analyst will facilitate product discovery sessions, analyze and document business requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product dependencies and risks.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate product discovery sessions to gather business requirements for new products
• Analyze and document business requirements in JIRA for both business and technical audiences
• Collaborate with Product Management and Agile development teams to communicate detailed product requirements for development

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with technical and business requirements gathering processes
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Systems, or related IT field preferred
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and collaboration tools such as JIRA
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively with architecture, development, and test teams
• Successful attainment and maintenance of a U.S. Suitability/Public Trust Background Clearance
