Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the IT-Sr Bus Systems Analyst will monitor and resolve lab interface errors, manage help desk tickets, and collaborate on new lab test requests while supporting a dynamic healthcare team.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve outgoing lab interface errors
• Coordinate with the lab operations team to resolve incoming results interface issues
• Respond to emails sent to the team distribution and manage help desk tickets assigned to the beaker team
