Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare software company, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will lead complex analysis, configuration, and delivery work across multiple products in a remote environment, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Execute product strategy by collaborating with Product Managers to shape roadmaps and align development priorities with client needs
• Drive the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch improvements, actively participating in scrum events and managing project delivery
• Gather and prioritize technical and client requirements for new features, facilitating story refinement sessions and managing multiple concurrent projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in business systems analysis, product management, or a closely related domain
• Deep domain knowledge of EHRs, practice management systems, and healthcare billing systems
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects with minimal oversight
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, NetSuite, and healthcare-related software tools
