Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support key stakeholders in translating complex business needs into effective system solutions, the full-time remote Senior Business Systems Analyst will lead system initiatives, manage escalated issues, and ensure enterprise systems meet operational and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with business stakeholders to gather and document complex system requirements
• Perform advanced analysis of system functionality and maintain detailed process flow and impact analysis documentation
• Serve as a senior point of contact for investigating escalated system issues and coordinating with external vendors

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent training preferred
• At least three (3) years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in healthcare or revenue cycle management
• Strong understanding of business applications and system data flows
• Proven ability to gather and document business and system requirements
• Experience in vendor management and collaboration with internal and external partners
