Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the design and implementation of the Procure-to-Pay platform, the remote Senior Business Systems Analyst will manage system administration, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance across financial operations for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure the Procure-to-Pay platform (Zip), including approval workflows and vendor onboarding processes
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and cross-functional teams to execute system optimizations and maintain integration with NetSuite
• Document business processes and maintain control documentation to support audit requests and compliance with financial policies

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role with hands-on experience in procurement platforms like Zip
• Strong functional knowledge of Procure-to-Pay and Accounts Payable processes, including invoice matching and approval workflows
• Experience with NetSuite AP module and integration of procurement systems
• Familiarity with SOX ITGC controls and GAAP accounting policies related to procurement
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system configurations and document processes effectively
