Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with business leaders and technology teams, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will drive the successful delivery of strategic projects and technical solutions in a hybrid work environment, focusing on requirements gathering, business case development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery conversations with business leaders to understand objectives and develop structured business cases
• Lead end-to-end requirements activities, translating business needs into actionable artifacts for delivery teams
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to support execution and ensure alignment throughout project delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 6-10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is preferred
• Familiarity with financial services applications and solutions, such as CRM and core banking systems
• Proven ability to translate business problems into clear business cases and actionable requirements
