Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Senior Business Systems Analyst, this full-time position will manage the optimization and enhancement of the Zuora Billing & Revenue platform, lead cross-functional workstreams, and mentor analysts while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements and design customizations for Zuora applications to support the Finance team
• Lead partnerships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on system requirements
• Maintain the Zuora ecosystem, addressing incidents and supporting process improvements across financial systems

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Zuora Billing and Revenue, including certification as a Zuora Administrator
• Hands-on experience with Financial Systems administration, such as NetSuite or MS Dynamics
• Deep understanding of subscription billing modules and advanced revenue management
• Proficiency in Zuora Reporting, Data Query, and SQL for reporting needs
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and navigate ambiguity effectively
