Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Business Systems Analyst will participate in the design and delivery of HR technology solutions, specifically focusing on Workforce Software for Time and Attendance, while managing operations support tickets and complex enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Ensure on-time and quality delivery of IT HR projects, defining mitigation plans for at-risk tasks
• Document functional and technical specifications, and support the establishment of effective test strategies and plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years of experience with IT HR application development, support, and maintenance
• 2+ years configuring and supporting the Workforce Software Time and Attendance Application
• Strong knowledge of HR and Security systems, along with integration design and development experience
• Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio, Project)
