Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with business partners to establish solutions, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will manage business analysis tasks and work closely with IT teams to develop business and technical requirements, either from the Worcester, MA office or a remote location.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business partners to understand business requirements and establish solutions
• Develop business and technical requirements in alignment with system goals across multiple platforms
• Lead the creation of business processes, rules, and user interface designs while mentoring team members

Required qualifications:

• Experience in business analysis with a focus on IT systems and solutions
• Strong understanding of technical architectures and platforms
• Proven ability to lead system and user acceptance testing efforts
• Experience in developing business and technical requirements documentation
• Ability to mentor and guide team members in best practices and processes
