Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support ambitious international expansion initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will bridge business objectives with technical solutions in the eCommerce domain, focusing on NetSuite ERP systems and multi-channel operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT/Development teams, focusing on eCommerce capabilities and NetSuite integrations
• Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes to identify gaps and optimize eCommerce architecture and financial workflows
• Develop user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements and international deployments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in a retail, consumer goods, or technology environment
• 3+ years of direct experience with major B2C or B2B eCommerce platforms and related systems
• 3+ years of NetSuite ERP experience, with expertise in Finance modules (GL, AR, AP, revenue recognition)
• Demonstrable experience in supporting systems implementation for international business expansion or cross-border trade projects
