Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support cross-portfolio operational activities within Global Connected Living Product, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will manage project coordination, business analysis, and operational excellence while collaborating with product managers, technology teams, and stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a centralized business analysis resource, translating product roadmaps into execution plans and coordinating project activities across teams
• Drive end-to-end project execution by managing scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications using tools like Azure DevOps and JIRA
• Lead requirements gathering and facilitate stakeholder workshops, applying AI-informed perspectives to identify automation opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis, product operations, or project coordination within technology-driven organizations
• Proficiency in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies and SDLC
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-enabled platforms and tools
