Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time contract basis, the Senior Business Systems Analyst will lead end-to-end requirements gathering for sales compensation initiatives, translate business needs into functional specifications, and manage UAT and QA processes while ensuring system enhancements and production operations support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
• Own UAT and QA processes, including test plans, test cases, and validation
• Partner with IT for integrations with Salesforce, ERP, payroll, and data platforms

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Systems, Revenue Systems, or Compensation Systems analysis
• Hands-on experience with SAP Commissions (Callidus TrueComp) or similar systems
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Experience in Agile delivery environments and understanding of sales compensation processes
