Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Focusing on quality deliverables and data management, the full-time remote Senior Business Systems Analyst will identify, create, and facilitate changes through complex business and process analysis while acting as a liaison between technical and non-technical groups.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the planning, design, and deployment of new solutions, creating a master action plan for project phases
• Analyze and guide the maintenance and improvement of existing solutions in production
• Secure formal alignment with stakeholders to define project boundaries and establish actionable roadmaps

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field and four years of experience in a related role
• Two years of experience performing gap analysis of legacy architectures and workflows
• Experience eliciting, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
• Proficiency in utilizing Database Management and Data visualization tools for deep-dive data analysis
• Experience facilitating collaborative sessions with cross-functional teams to align technical roadmaps with corporate goals
