Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a long-term contract basis, the Senior Business Systems Analyst will support the STAR suite of applications, providing technical analysis and customer service to meet clients' business objectives while troubleshooting issues in a 24x7 help desk environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues while providing guidance to users
• Analyze complex business problems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational services
• Produce training and technical documentation for STAR business processes and applications

Required qualifications:

• Proficiency in AWS services such as DynamoDB, Redshift, and Lambda
• Intermediate to expert level query writing experience (Oracle, SQL Server, Redshift)
• Experience in incident management and production support (Level 1 and 2)
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including after-hours and weekends
• Strong understanding of both on-premises and cloud-based application architectures
