Job Summary

Leading analytic efforts in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will deliver strategic insights and serve as a technical expert for business systems, focusing on data analysis, technology strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement while developing metrics and dashboards for governance effectiveness
• Collaborate with various teams to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and coordinating enhancements across technical teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of technology governance and risk management principles
• Experience in business analysis and problem-solving within enterprise technology environments
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate stakeholder consensus
• Demonstrated skills in data analysis and decision support for strategic initiatives
