Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will develop and enhance platform capabilities, build predictive solutions, and integrate data and workflows, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain Nexthink Remote Actions using PowerShell for automation and proactive device management
• Engineer automations to reduce digital friction and improve device health and performance
• Develop integrations between Nexthink and ServiceNow to enhance visibility and streamline workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant work experience or equivalent experience
• Strong experience in writing PowerShell scripts and proficiency with Windows internals
• Experience with SQL or similar query languages and integrating data across enterprise systems
• Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM workflows
• Demonstrated experience in developing technical workflows and automation solutions
