Job Summary

Analyzing, designing, and optimizing business systems, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will gather requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement technology solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications
• Analyze current systems and design technology solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to implement software applications and ensure proper testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a strong understanding of business processes and system design
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and system implementation
• Expertise in documenting business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and data analysis tools such as SQL and Power BI
