Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Leading analytic efforts, the full-time remote Senior Business Systems Analyst will deliver strategic insights, develop advanced solutions, and provide technical expertise to enhance business systems within the Bank.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement modifications and enhancements to business systems based on data analysis and user feedback
• Serve as a resource for less experienced analysts and collaborate with business units to ensure system operations run smoothly
• Evaluate systems and provide expert technical support, addressing escalated issues and ensuring compliance through monitoring and analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field with six years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with four years of experience
• Experience managing complex projects in banking and treasury areas using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and DevOps
• In-depth experience with Treasury and Cash Management systems, including knowledge of bank messaging standards
• Understanding of payments and settlement systems in the U.S., along with experience in developing solutions using EAI platforms for ETL processes and API interfaces
