Job Summary

To lead the translation of complex mortgage servicing business needs into scalable data and technology solutions, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on business analysis, data mapping, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to translate business requirements into detailed user stories and technical solutions
• Lead data mapping efforts for system conversions and analyze source and target data models to identify gaps
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security while facilitating requirements workshops

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline with 4-6 years of experience in a related field
• Background in mortgage servicing or financial technology
• Proven experience in business systems analysis, particularly with data mapping and system conversion projects
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for querying and data validation
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment
