Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Leading analytic efforts in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will deliver strategic insights, provide technical expertise for business systems, and develop advanced solutions to enhance system operations and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced data analysis and communicate findings to senior management to enable strategic insights into business systems
• Determine system requirements and develop specifications, reports, and project plans to resolve complex process issues
• Provide expert technical support for systems, handling escalated support issues and implementing modifications and enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field plus six years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus three years of experience
• Experience with PeopleSoft Financials and PeopleSoft Accounting Hub, including SQR, Application Engine, PeopleCode, and Integration Broker
• Proficiency in Control M configuration, execution, and monitoring of jobs
• Experience with Oracle SQL queries and eliciting business requirements
• Familiarity with Jira and test documentation and execution, along with financial services experience
