Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support complex integrations and drive successful delivery across enterprise applications, the 100% remote Senior Business Systems Analyst will gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions while performing system impact analysis in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including requirements, user stories, and process flows
• Support cross-platform analysis and integration efforts within Guidewire and EIS environments

Required qualifications

• Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical Systems Analyst in enterprise environments
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements
• Experience performing system impact analysis across multiple applications and integrations
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and technical documentation
• Experience with Guidewire and/or EIS policy administration platforms
