Leading requirements elicitation sessions remotely, the full-time IT Senior Business Systems Analyst will document business needs, analyze system capabilities, and coordinate projects from development to implementation while supporting operational systems in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions among business and technical users
• Document customer business requirements and analyze existing system capabilities
• Coordinate projects from development through implementation, collaborating with IT teams, clients, and vendors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in business or systems analysis within the IT development field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
• Strong understanding of SQL and experience with database management systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing deadlines and tasks effectively
