Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Project Manager, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will engage with the business to gather and document requirements, provide analysis, and support testing throughout the solution development lifecycle in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, formulate use cases, and ensure quality of solutions throughout the project
• Develop test cases and perform quality assurance testing, supporting the business in user acceptance testing
• Act as the primary contact for technology, system integration, and process-related analysis while assisting with scope and change management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience preferred
• Eight (8) plus years of experience as a Business Analyst, including independent work on large and complex projects
• Four (4) plus years of experience in business and data analysis using tools such as SQL
• Strong working knowledge of mortgage servicing systems (e.g., Fiserv, MSP) is a plus
• Experience in the mortgage, finance, or realty services industry preferred
