Job Summary

Collaborating with stakeholders and driving technology initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will translate business requirements into documentation and design, manage application testing, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance business performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead research and analysis efforts to align business needs with technology solutions, maximizing efficiency and innovation
• Oversee application interfaces and system linkages to ensure seamless data flow and manage key business technology projects
• Act as a technology advisor, developing reporting and data visualization solutions to support data-driven decision-making

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience
• 3+ years of experience in Corporate Trust services
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• Advanced knowledge of general banking operations and regulatory compliance
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and data comparison
