Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support the enhancement and implementation of software applications, the full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst will work remotely, overseeing projects, developing project plans, and liaising with stakeholders to align technology with operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to leverage technology for business improvements and design application enhancements
• Develop project plans, timelines, and coordinate resources for intermediate and large-scale projects
• Assess stakeholder needs, document requirements, and collaborate with developers to provide solutions and estimates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or 6+ years of relevant experience without a degree
• 4 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis
• Advanced SQL experience
• Experience with EDI-834 files
• Familiarity with Medicaid, commercial health plans, and marketplace coverage is a plus
