Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise HR and Payroll initiatives, the long-term contract Senior Business Systems Analyst specializing in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 will provide functional solutions, system enhancements, and production support while working remotely on PST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior-level business systems analysis and functional support for PeopleSoft HCM initiatives
• Gather and analyze business requirements; develop functional designs, specifications, and test plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades, enhancements, and enterprise integrations

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 in a complex enterprise environment
• Strong background in business systems analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
• Experience with functional areas including Workforce Administration, Payroll, and Benefits
• Strong SQL troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience supporting enterprise integrations and cross-functional business processes
